Return & Exchange Policy (Please refer Store Policy page for details) There is no policy for return, refund, exchange or cancellation of order, once the order request has been placed online by the customer, unless there is any defect or damage to the product during shipping. Once an order is placed, it is shipped within 3-5 Business Days and the transit time for delivery will vary between another 3-5 business days. The total time between when the order is placed and the time it is delivered to the customers varies between 6-10 business days. Note: **ONLY FOR mirrors or Terracotta Horse greater than 2 ft height** At present due to huge demand, for any order placed after March 28th on mirrors or Terracotta Horse greater than 2 ft height, the delivery time is 30 days. Regular shipping timeline of 6-10 business days will be restored by May 15th for these two product categories.
